Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

NMRR memberships are billed annually and will automatically renew at the applicable annual membership rate unless canceled before the next scheduled renewal date.

Members may cancel their recurring membership at any time before their next renewal. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically provide a refund for membership fees already paid.

Membership benefits will remain active through the end of the member’s current paid membership period unless otherwise stated.

Once an annual membership payment has been processed, membership fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

To cancel your membership, use the subscription management options provided through your NMRR account or contact NMRR for assistance.

Canceling your membership does not cancel or refund separate merchandise orders, event purchases, or other transactions.
